and later that same day
someone drove their car into the side of our restaurant. just as i had closed the door on a chapter of someone’s life. just as i had picked the kids up from school. just as i’d had them start homework while i started dinner. life does not wait for the perfect moment. and i am so tired of the roller coaster.
